Industrial automation is a set of technologies that uses control systems and devices, such as computer software, PLC, Sensors, Actuators, pneumatics, hydraulics and robotics, to allow automatic operation of industrial processes and machinery without human intervention. Automation eliminates the possibility of human error, saves time, and achieves higher performance hence increasing revenue.
