In their own words
We are in the process of manufacturing hybrid knee joint cartilage . We shall use polymer of gelatin and polyglycolic acid with chondrocytes derived from the patients knee joint. We shall use a 3D printer to get a near natural shape. Our team comprises Doctors with more than 20 years experience and Biotechnologists and Phd qualified scientists who have worked with stem cells in national levels labs. We have started work at the Government of India funded Bio Valley Incubation center at AMTZ Visakhapatnam.
