In their own words

**Problem**India has over 4 lakh small clinics and tens of thousands of small hospitals and nursing homes across tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Whether a single-doctor practice or a 30-bed hospital, these facilities share the same reality: paper registers, handwritten prescriptions, manual billing, missed follow-ups, and zero visibility into daily operations. Existing management software is built and priced for metro hospitals (₹5,000–₹2,00,000 per month), demands dedicated IT teams, and fails the small-town facility entirely. The result: the backbone of Indian healthcare delivery remains undigitized even as national digital health infrastructure expands.**Our Solution**ArogyaKhata is a cloud-based, multi-role healthcare management platform purpose-built for small healthcare facilities in tier 2/3 India — from single-doctor specialty clinics to small hospitals and nursing homes. The platform covers appointment scheduling, complete OPD and IPD workflow, digital prescriptions, billing, patient records, and automated reminders, with role-based access for doctors, receptionists, and administrators. It is operable end-to-end by non-technical staff with no on-site IT, priced at ₹999/month for clinics and ₹2,500/month for hospitals with tiered plans for larger facilities — roughly one-tenth the cost of incumbent solutions. We are currently in pilot discussions with healthcare facilities in Sri Ganganagar district, Rajasthan.**What is Innovative**1. **Radical affordability through focused design** — by building the essential workflows small facilities actually use rather than a bloated enterprise suite, we make digitization viable for facilities earning ₹1–5 lakh per month, a segment incumbents cannot profitably serve.2. **Built for low-digital-literacy environments** — an interface designed for first-time software users, enabling adoption where existing products fail, with regional language support on the roadmap.3. **One platform across the facility spectrum** — modular architecture lets a facility start with OPD and activate IPD and additional modules as it grows, eliminating the costly system migration that forces small hospitals to either overbuy software or outgrow it.4. **Multi-role access control at an entry-level price point** — doctor, receptionist, and administrator roles with granular permissions, a capability normally found only in enterprise hospital systems.**Scalability**The platform is fully cloud-native with zero on-site hardware; a new facility can be onboarded in under one day. From an initial base in Rajasthan, the model replicates across 700+ tier 2/3 cities nationally with no change to the core product. Our 12-month roadmap includes ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) integration — enabling ABHA-linked patient records and connecting small facilities to India's national digital health network — along with AI-assisted features to reduce front-desk workload. This positions small-town facilities to access digital health infrastructure currently available mainly to large metro hospitals.**Employment and Wealth Generation**ArogyaKhata expects to create an estimated 15–20 direct jobs within the first 24 months across engineering, onboarding, sales, and regional support — based in tier 2/3 cities rather than metros. More broadly, the platform strengthens the earning capacity of thousands of small healthcare facilities through reduced no-shows, faster billing, and better patient retention — improving both the livelihoods of practitioners and the quality of healthcare delivery in underserved regions.

The neighbourhood

This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot.
