ARP Advisory LLP ("ARP") was established in the year 2021 to provide unwavering professional services in the area of corporate secretarial, regulatory, accounting, taxation, valuation, payroll etc. to corporates in India and overseas. ARP believes that inculcating technology in one's life in the present environment is extremely important and is working towards developing a SAAS based product which will make compliance seamless for corporates and enable them focus on the larger aspects of solving problem, thereby generating wealth and employment opportunities. SAAS product once developed will enable corporates to strengthen their corporate governance framework and also make the process efficient. Also, the tool will enable access to information by authorities in a seamless manner considering that it would contain a repository which will store all the relevant information on cloud. Further, the team is also moving from a traditional approach towards deploying technology in delivering to the clients, thereby exploring innovative ways of working.
