Decodedeal.com addresses this challenge by developing an AI-driven platform that automatically collects, analyses, and presents property intelligence from multiple publicly available sources such as RERA records, litigation databases, government notifications, project approvals, and other regulatory information. The platform converts complex legal and technical information into an easy-to-understand Property Intelligence Report and AI-generated Risk Score, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. Our proprietary technology leverages Artificial Intelligence, data aggregation, document analysis, and automated risk assessment to significantly reduce the time and effort required for property verification. Instead of manually reviewing multiple documents and government websites, users receive a structured, standardized, and data-backed assessment within minutes.
