The Company is engaged in the following business: a) providing aggregation services for stock market and stock-specific analysis, including but not limited to, aggregating data, information, research, and insights relating to the shares, stocks, and securities of listed entities and to operate as a platform to help in connecting traders for securities/commodities trading, to enable traders to share their stock trading portfolios with their connections and followers on the platform along with all incidental platform benefits associated with such platforms, in accordance with applicable laws. b) To provide independent and expert analysis, including research reports, recommendations, and other market insights, through in-house analysts and advisors, on various segments of the securities markets of India or abroad, and to provide advisory services to individual investors, institutional investors, and other market participants, in relation to stock market trends, equity investments, and other securities in the Indian financial markets. c) To undertake any other activities incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objectives including but not limited to strategic partnerships and expansion into related business verticals and other arrangements with entities within or outside India for achieving the Company's objects and business interests and to apply for, purchase, acquire, protect, maintain, license, sub-license, sell or otherwise deal in intellectual property rights including patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights related to the Company's business.
