The platform solution from Ashwneeta lets practitioners talk to their patients through the company's data collection, remote monitoring, and educational options. Patients' health and well-being data will be collected, which will make it possible to find out useful information about their condition and use it to make individualised educational programmes and monitor them from a distance. Ashwneeta says it can close treatment gaps by combining evidence-based assessment and monitoring with features made to get people involved. We give practitioners easy-to-understand ways to make customised dashboards for patient engagement. When people use Ashwneeta, they take back control of their medical records and are free to share them with anyone. Ashwneeta has made available a safe, free, do-it-yourself tool that can be used with a medical record fusion app. One of the organization's top priorities is the consolidation and exchange of electronic medical records, which it takes on and does well. It is very hard to put together a patient's medical records because they are usually in five or six different files at the hospital. Our startup just made a free app that solves this problem.
