Assocom Foods Pvt Ltd was started in 2021 to fill the gap of Gourmet Bakery Products at affordable price. As every other person talks about gourmet and healthy products, but the products available in the market are not accessible by normal public due to their hiked prices because they are healthy. This problem was noticed while Mr. Shorya Kapoor (Founder) was working in an MNC called A B Mauri Pvt Ltd. as Technical Application Lead cum Techno-Sales for North India Region. We have been producing high end products keeping health benefits in mind and offering them in the market at lowest price possible. In the coming financial year i.e. 2023 – 2024, we plan to launch 8 Millet based cookies in support of International Year of Millet 2023, which we have developed at our own R&D unit, with our product launch, we plan to process 40-60MT of different varieties of millet in the coming financial year. With this, we plan to increase the employment at our company by 300-400% and expand our sales reach to Pan-India. Our product is currently available in Noida, Greater Noida and certain parts of UP like lucknow, Varanasi, Aligarh, Kanpur and in many Hyper stores like Spencers, Natures Basket, and many local players in the NCR region. Introduction to Shorya Kapoor: Shorya Kapoor, he himself is a Bakery Technologist, certified by American Institute of Baking (now known as AIB International), he has a vast experience of 8yrs in baking industry, have already mentored 100+ students for starting their bakery business in different parts of India, he has also been the Judge of Bakery segment in India Skills competition held at Jaipur, Bihar and in Uttar Pradesh. He has been giving training to the team or R&D and other staff member of different giants like ITC, Britannia, Parle, and many more. He has done many research projects with various companies like Jubilant Food works, Fine Organics, Bush India (IFF), and many, he has developed many products like Frozen Doughs, Gluten Free products, Clean Label products and any more.
