The startup is engaged in the development and manufacturing of dehydrated fruit and vegetable ingredients using controlled dehydration technologies to enhance shelf life, nutritional retention, and supply chain efficiency for both B2B and D2C export markets. The core focus of the startup is to standardise dehydration processes across multiple techniques including hot air tray dehydration, with planned expansion towards vacuum-assisted drying, freeze drying and spray drying, to cater to diverse international food, nutraceutical and functional food requirements. The startup addresses key challenges faced by food exporters such as post-harvest losses, inconsistent quality, high cold-chain dependency, and short shelf life by converting perishable agricultural produce into stable, value-added ingredients suitable for global distribution. In addition to B2B supply, the startup is developing export-oriented D2C branded products based on dehydrated fruits and vegetables, focused on clean-label, minimally processed nutrition. A trademark has been applied for the brand, and intellectual property protection is being actively pursued. The business model integrates process optimisation, quality control, compliance-driven manufacturing, and export scalability, enabling efficient sourcing from Indian farmers and delivery of standardized products to international markets. The startup aims to contribute to agricultural value addition, food processing innovation, and export growth, while continuously investing in process improvement, product development, and technology upgrades.
