We are an educational Institution that emphasizes on delivering quality education to learners of every socio-economic stratum of our society with keeping in mind the shortcomings and challenges in our concurrent educational system. Our objective is to equip every learner with a set of skills so that we can minimize rote learning and promote quality education. In order to do so, we provide interactive live classes in our smart learning centers for academics, competitive exams, higher education entrance exams, and job-oriented entrance exams with our strong team of experts. In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the technological boom led the populace to switch on the world wide web on top of that the current pandemic situation increased this shift towards online learning exponentially. Primarily these appear as the signs of advancement in society but it has some detrimental effects too, excessive exposure to these devices leads to physiological, mental, and social imbalance. In order to overcome the aforementioned issues, we combined technology and came up with a hybrid model, where live classes are telecasted from our studios to our centers which are in different parts of our country on a real-time basis. What are we doing: Our motto is to deliver affordable quality education to learners of our heterogeneous society, we are highly dedicated to inculcating skillset like how to choose suitable variables for a situation, collection of data, analyze the process and synthesize outcomes out of the situation as per requirements, while we think about the aforementioned chronology. As an educational organization, it is our moral and ethical responsibility to cater to some domains like (i) Learning: For better learning and acquisition of a dynamic skill set in our learners, we provide numerous options during the course of classroom transactions which relies on a flexible curriculum that emphasizes on learning by doing, learning by experiences, etc. so that our learners be equipped to analyze any situation, synthesize optimum outcomes, to do so we emphasize on the regional demography so that they will be able to correlate easily, socio-cultural activities for articulation and recreation and case studies to inculcate the analytical skills. (ii) Perception v/s Reality: As we all know education is the tool that facilitates the up-gradation of lifestyle in people but in our concurrent society some igniting social evils still exist like gender bias, cast supremacy, etc., and the only way to eradicate such kind of evils we emphasized on the classroom content which highlights on such kind of issues and case studies so that our learners get the real exposure of concurrent society, be able to analyze and work with their intrinsic will, so as to be the change. (iii) Minimize the Social Inequality: As we know India is a developing country, most of our populace is middle class, and about one-third of our population struggles for fundamental necessities, due to such a situation most of our learners don't have adequate resources. To inculcate harmony in the heterogeneous socio-economic stratum, we provide our blended services to cater to the learning outcomes for every learner irrespective of their socio-economic level. Our Basic Program Structure: PROGRAM - 1 Academic Support ( 6 to 12th): Booster Classes, Remedial Classes, Three Language, Major Subjects, Music, Drama, Theater, etc. PROGRAM - 2 Academic Entrance Exams: Engineering Entrance: IIT-JEE Mains, IIT-JEE Advanced, BITSAT, etc. Medical: NEET, JIPMER, etc. Olympiad’s (Every Level) JSTSE, NTSE, SAINIK SCHOOL, RIMC, JNV etc. Certification/Qualifying: CTET & STATE TET etc. PROGRAM - 3 Job Oriented Exams: SSC: CGL, CPO, CHSL, MTS, GD, etc. Railway (RRB/ RRC): NTPC, Group D, etc. Banking (IBPS/ SBI): PO, Clerk State Exams: Police exams (SI, Constable). Defense Exams: NDA/ NA, CDS, CAPF, etc. The concurrent education system more or less emphasizes on the literal meaning of success which means getting a certification, taking up a job, and starting a new family which makes the educational system monotonous and rigid and leads to segregation by wealth, ethnicity, gender, etc. This creates societal imbalances and conversely, quality education for all can be a powerful tool to achieve societal equality. In light of the aforementioned domains, we strongly put forward the idea of true education in the learners across different stages.
