India’s food processing sector is one of the largest in the world and is growing rapidly day by day. This sector has very good potential to generate self-employment and provide a lot of direct and indirect employment opportunities. Currently well-organized corporates play a key role in this sector. Now the “Morden Trade” is taking over the market for selling the products. Unorganized sector especially micro and small entrepreneurs always lag behind due to lack of knowledge, unavailability of know-how, untrained workers, unstable market etc. Also, the newly established companies have no brand to sell their products in the market as well as they cannot present themselves on a pan India basis due to very less production capacity. As a result, their products may not be established in the near future. One of our Founder Director has over 20 years’ experience in the food processing sector, particularly in manufacturing, technical know-how and modern food production equipment. He also owns a well-known food equipment manufacturing company which has been supplying the food machineries to various regions of our country as well as exporting to the other countries from last 10 years. In addition to this, installation, commissioning, technical support and other ancillary services are being done continuously. Leveraging the vast experience of our founder Director, we intend to setup a pilot food processing unit on specific foods like Pasta, Noodles, Vermicelli etc. Where we will provide food engineering consultancy, technical know-how, maintenance and food processing training to the upcoming micro and small entrepreneurs. We would like to bring a new concept to the food manufacturing sector for upcoming micro and small entrepreneurs called “Food Manufacturing Franchise Facility” (FMFF). Where the entrepreneur can setup a food manufacturing unit at a suitable location using specific technology and equipment under our supervision, produce specific products with specific quality. Our company will be associated with FMFF as a long-term partnership in terms of win-win collaboration. The “Food Manufacturing Franchise Facility” (FMFF) will be the unique platform of all new micro and small entrepreneurs whom dream become a food manufacturer. The main uniqueness of our solution is the manufacturing as well as the selling right under a unique brand to the prospective micro and small entrepreneurs.
