To secure,manage, license, and monetise intellectual property, including patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights, and know-how arising from ENT-related innovations. 6. To undertake and support preclinical, clinical, and translational researchstudies for the validation and regulatory approval of ENT devices and technologies. 7. To facilitate technology transfer and commercialisation of ENT medical innovations through joint ventures, licensing, spin-offs, or strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry. 8. To provide consultancy, training, mentoring, and capacity-building services in the areas of ENT innovation,MedTech development, regulatory strategy, and commercialisation. 9. To raise capital, apply for grants, and avail funding from governmental and nongovernmental bodies for the development and scale-up of ENT MedTech innovations. 10. To export, import, distribute, market, and sell ENT medical devices and technologies in India and internationally, in compliance with applicable laws.
