Autofills solution private limited is dedicated to solve students form filling problems during their educational journey. From the start of their education till they land to their dream job a student encounters multiple situations where they have to fill extensive forms for entrance exams, college admissions, coaching class admissions, educational loans or job applications. These forms are repetitive in terms of information required and consume a lot of student’s time deviating their focus from what is actually required. The list of such administrative tasks is never ending, and students are constantly dealing with tedious paperwork. Every semester they spend hours filling out the same information entering personal details, grades, and other educational information repeatedly. While filling the forms students face various problems like typing errors, server overload, network issue, document uploading problem and it takes more time to fill the forms draining out their time and energy which adds on to their stress levels. Seeing the need we have designed a mobile application which uses Artificial Intelligence to gather, store and fill any kind of form or feed personal information in less than 5 seconds on any platform registered on the App. The users are requested to upload or click a photo of required set of documents including PAN, AADHAR, educational and graduation certificates etc and the application will automatically read the information and extract it in desired format. Once the user verifies all information the mobile application will navigate the user to a window which shows all ongoing entrance exam links and college admission links. The user have to select the exams or colleges as per their preferences and the forms will be auto filled from the data inputted using AI which will save more than 90% of time for the students eliminating any kind of errors.
