AVA International has been initiated with a vision of “Make in India” while strengthening India’s leap to become a manufacturing hub with innovation and best practices. Our core purpose is to ensure we provide innovative and affordable products developed with advanced technology maintaining highest quality standards. We are currently developing protective healthcare products catering to the crucial requirements of the target audience. Our product range includes innovative protective healthcare products like 3 Ply masks, N95 masks and sanitary pads etc. During the COVID times our sole purpose is to provide the import quality masks at affordable cost through our advanced technology manufacturing capable of producing 1 lakh+ 3 ply masks and more than 50,000 N95 type masks per day. This helps us provide standard products to the masses at a low-cost. The facility employs 100+ skilled manpower running the facility in three shifts across 24 hours ensuring standard processes and quality checks. We intend to bring the manufacturing of essential elements of protective products to India. For e.g. the nose clip and Elastics utilized in the N95 masks are currently imported and we plan to set-up in-house manufacturing of such items to strengthen India’s growth and further reducing the cost for the end-user. AVA International strives to be one of the many successful start-ups in India with a focused vision, market adaptive action and innovation.
