Aviation Oasis Private Limited is building AvioIQ — India's first decision-intelligence platform for the aviation industry, built on a proprietary Digital Twin of airline economics. Airlines today make multi-crore decisions like route launches, fleet deployment, pricing strategy using spreadsheets and historical averages. These tools do not simulate future outcomes, do not account for competitive responses, and do not quantify risk. The result is that the majority of decisions destroy economic value, not because the aircraft were late, but because the decisions were wrong. AvioIQ solves this in its Phase 1 development by simulating what will happen before capital is committed. The platform models route-level profit and loss specific to each airline's own cost structure, runs thousands of simulation trials to produce best-case, expected, and worst-case outcome distributions, and accounts for how competitors will respond giving airline decision-makers board-grade risk intelligence before a single rupee is spent. The platform is being built in three phases. Phase 1 delivers the Digital Twin and Route Lab — already validated against 551,000+ real-world route observations across India and the US with less than 0.1% cost variance. Phase 2 expands into a full simulation suite covering fleet decisions, revenue management, apron operations, airport operations & negotiations, pricing, and seasonal planning. Phase 3 delivers AvioIQ as a live decision co-pilot — running continuously alongside airline & airport operations and flagging deviations before they become losses. The long-term vision is for AvioIQ to become the intelligence operating system for the entire aviation value chain serving airlines, airports, aircraft lessors, regulators, and aviation investors, starting from India's domestic market, the third-largest in the world and the fastest growing in Asia-Pacific.
