We developed A non-invasive optical monitoring device is developed to monitor, indicate and alarm rapid changes in blood glucose levels in diabetic patients. These measurement device determining the concentration level of glucose in intravascular blood within a body of subject without pricking out blood sample from body. These device working on photometric technic that transmit the light into human body to detect signals from the property of the incident light and reflected light due to direct interaction with glucose or the indirect effects induced by glucose. These device includes a two detection module named as master module and slave module .both module have same purpose is to detect rapid changes in blood glucose level .master module transmit light continuously to detect data of blood glucose if master module detect a change in real time data as compare to reference and previous data then slave module is activated and collect the data until device gets resulting information ,when result is achieved then slave module is deactivated .device gather data from both module and compare it for resulting value. The high and low value from each of the signal are stored in the device and then averaged .these averaged value are then analysed to determine the glucose concentration These value is displayed on display in form of waveform. Data trends with rising edge indicate a concentration of high value of blood glucose and data trends with falling edge indicates concentration of low value of blood glucose in body of subject as per rapid change in blood glucose concentration device will generate a alarm to indicate change of blood glucose concentration in blood …
