Executive Summary Opportunity Problem Summary Many Hotelier from the Budget & Mid Segment face issues related to Revenue Leakage, high electricity bills and ad-hoc management of the property which leads to loss of revenue and sub-optimal customer satisfaction. Leakage may have different forms and may come from different sources viz. 100% revenue from room tariff doesn’t go in their pocket, revenue leakage from food bills collection, issues in financial reconciliation, injudicious usage of electrical appliances increases the electricity bills and thus operational expenses. Solution Summary We are solving the above stated problem by using the power of “Internet of Things” and digitizing the Hotel operations and thus enabling better cost management, reduction in energy cost and tighter control over revenue leakage. Market Our target segment is the Budget & Mid Size Hotels/Guest Houses having upto 3 star. Our solution is useful for the Hotels/Guest Houses which are working independently/unbranded or associated with any OTA viz. OYO, Fab,goIbibo or Treebo or other Hotel Chains. Competition Our offerings would be compared with HMS(Hotel Management Software) providers, Home Automation solution providers and Secure Key solution providers. Why Us? Our background helps us to understand the issues at ground and we are capable to solve those issues. We do have experience in operating Hotel Business and at the same time we have technical background to provide optimum solution of Hotelier’s problems.
