1. To provide consultancy for instruction and training in matters connected with aircraft, in marine, aviation and its related areas or flight by aircraft, of persons employed, or desirous of being employed either by the Company or by any other person and to review, control guide and director their performance with a view to secure optimum utilization of all resources placed at their disposal operate any air transport service, or any flight by aircraft for a commercial or other purpose, and to carry out all forms of aerial flights in different cities as become necessary. 2. To provide consultancy and training to operate efficient and safe air services within India and elsewhere for transport of passengers, mail and cargo for commercial or other purposes and to execute all modes of aerial work for this purpose acquire / or to take on lease aircraft, airships, helicopters and hovercraft. 3. To establish, organize, manage, run, charter, conduct, contract, develop, handle, own and operate all types of aircrafts, air buses, aeroplanes, seaplanes, flying boats, hover crafts, helicopters, and other crafts used in air transport for the carriage of passengers, goods, mails and other items on all routes and lines on national & international level, subject to the laws in force and to act as commission agents, booking agents, indenting agents, travel agents, fleet owners, garage owners service station owners, cargo superintendents, cargo owners, loading and unloading contractors, couriers, liasioner, charters, package tour operators, and to do all incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of the above objects. 4. To promote and coordinate the activities of its subsidiaries/operating units, to determine their economic and financial objects/targets and to review, control guide and director their performance with a view to secure optimum utilization of all resources placed at their disposal. 5. To secure that the air transport services are developed to the best advantage. 6. To operate any air transport service, or any flight by aircraft for a commercial or other purpose, and to carry out all forms of aerial flights in different cities as become necessary. 7. To provide joy rides in air with a view to promote air mindedness in the country. 8. To provide for instruction and training in matters connected with aircraft or flight by aircraft, of persons employed, or desirous of being employed either by the Company or by any other person.
