Avmi green ventures new project is to manufacture activated carbon from coconut shell is a Agro waste to value addition project.This project is fully automated compared manual operation of existing process.Carbonization is fully automated as per pyrolysis method so all by products of SYNGAS and liquid tar is captured, stored and reused for the process itself with suitable additional machines.During carbonization and Activation, the exhausted gases are captured and converted in to carbon by an approved carbon capturing technology by pollution control approved company KARDLE.Activation machineries without refractory lining and high temp material which eliminates once in 3 months re lining so savings of lining material, manpower cost and adding 3-month production, use solar and wind power to make the manufacturing as a green venture.So, this manufacturing process using efficient dust collection with bag filters to avoid any emission. The process not involving acid wash also no water drains to earth. So, this manufacturing process is totally new and fully automated pollution free, no emission no draining, energy efficient, waste utilization, carbon capturing, totally different from the existing manufacturing process.
