MECHANICAL HVAC PROJECTS Introduction: HVAC stands for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning. As the name implies HVAC is used for 1. Heating 2. Ventilation and 3. Air Conditioning. HVAC has different applications and following are as we know.  HVAC plays a key role (Prevention of Growth of Bacteria) in the following pharmaceuticals industries, Food Processing Industries, Agro-product Cold Storage Warehouses, Laboratories and ICU operation Theaters in Hospitals where as providing standard atmosphere such as maintaining Temperature, Relative Humidity, Room Differential pressures, Particles inside the room, Air flow rate as per the corresponding US-FDA, ASHRE, and ISHRE Standards.  HVAC is also applicable for providing hygienic atmosphere (indoor air quality) in shopping malls, Movie Theaters, Banquette Halls, Commercial complexes, College Auditoriums, Luxury Hotels, Human living Apartments, Mechanical ventilation system for parking and basement areas for maintaining Human Comfort, and prevention of Suffocation while breathing.  Providing Ventilation for Kitchen Exhaust system in Restaurants, Provision of Heating system in Green Buildings. SCOPE OF WORK: The entire sequence of operations will be considered majorly into 3 following categories. • Design: In this domine estimation of Heat Load Calculations of individual and overall project (E20 Forms), Duct Design, Routing of Duct, Design and drafting of Ducts, SLD, DLD of chiller piping in Auto Cad software, Preparing BOQ's (Bill of Quantities), Estimation of AHU Capacity (Air Handling Unit) HRU Capacity (Heat Recovery Unit), Chiller Capacity Pumps Capacity, Heater Capacity.
