To establish, run, promote and make investment in, educational institutions, schools, colleges, technical educational institutes for imparting medical and healthcare education and management training including in the fields of medicine, nursing, physical medicine and rehabilitative medicine, pharmacy and allied medical administration and management of such medical institutions including Health and Hospital Management Training and Development, Pharmaceutical Management, Hospitality, Programmes for skills and competency development, Training and certification of professionals. 5. To manufacture, formulate, process, develop , refine all kinds of pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, medicinal preparations, drugs, chemicals, chemical products, dry salters, foods suitable for infants and invalids, and allied goods and to carry on the business of chemists, druggists, importers, exporters, buyers, sellers, agents, distributors and stockists of all kinds of pharmaceuticals. 6. To manufacture, buy, sell and deal in mineral waters, wines, cordials, liquors, soups, broths and other restoratives or foods especially those suitable for infants, invalids and convalescents, and also to deal in medicinal goods, such as surgical instruments, contraceptives, photographic goods, oil, perfumes, cosmetics, patent medicines, soaps, artificial eyes, hospital requisites, vaccines, biologicals, proprietary medicines, veterinary medicines and tincture extracts and to carry on the business of vialling, bottling, repacking, processing of capsules, syrups, tablets and ointments. 7. To carry on the business as manufacturers, researchers, developers, creators, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, refiners, dealers, agents, wholesalers, retailers and distributors of all kinds of biotechnology products and all products developed or to be developed in the future using biotechnology and other related and non-related technologies including technologies that may be developed in the future, proprietary medicines, pharmaceuticals, health foods and foods of all kinds, all kinds and forms of organic and inorganic chemicals including gelatin of all kinds and forms, including its amalgams, derivatives and by products, pesticides, acids, alkalies, natural and synthetic waxes, dyes, paints, pigments, oils, varnishes and resins, to carry on the business of manufacturing bioinformatics diagnostic tools, all medical engineering equipments along with software developments and toots relating to genome, genomic, genotype, genetic or any areas relating to genetic engineering and to patent all original research, procedures, methods products and by-products, technologies and software developed by the Company.
