We are also involved in improving and supporting Hospital infrastructure & operations efficiencies, procurement of healthcare equipment of international standards creating Clinical Service Lines efficiencies, Physicians practice improvisation, Nurses practices. AXIA Health Services (AHS), deals primarily in health, with the intent to be a healthcare Partner offering industry relevant solutions and creating efficiencies in care and service with a significant and impactful value to enhance patient care and experience. Our expertise: We offer multiple service lines to benefit our clients. Few of our existing work stream and projects include Project planning and Commissioning (Planned and commission 10000 bedded Sardar Patel Covid Care Center at Chhatarpur Delhi), Business turn around and funding of Hospital providers, Due diligence of hospitals, Medical value travel and Physician Assist Program (volume and reputational growth/ brand building of physicians, Secretarial and marketing support, Medicolegal support). The current emergency in the form of a pandemic, COVID-19, has unleashed a barrage of challenges to the health systems at different levels globally. Sustaining the regular services and re-calibrating our health system response to address the pending challenge has expanded our preparation to render our services in public health consulting. We are expanding our service domain to include major stakeholders as we are keen to use our learning from corporate health sector and customize to apply these solutions to improving public health systems. Under our evolving service practice in public health consulting, we can provide the following services • Management support for overseeing financial allocations across public sector health programs, services and facilities to enable effective use of resources and desired impacts of the budgets and healthcare interventions. • Health analytics services including collecting, sharing and using data for programme design, monitoring and evaluation. Using digital and IT solutions we ensure the use of data to meet desired impacts of the budgets and healthcare interventions. • Innovative solutions that support clinical quality, patient safety and performance improvement to enhance the patient experience and improve health outcomes at health facilities. Our team: Dr. Garima Singh: Seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Healthcare of India and has also worked overseas. Her work experience covers the entire gamut of healthcare delivery, namely Project Management, Hospital commissioning, Equipment and Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Team Alignment, PNL Ownership (600 cr annual turnover), Establishing Clinical service Lines, Strategy and Growth, Investor relations. Ms Bhavna Sharma: Senior HR Professional with 20 years of experience spanning many business sectors with expertise in Training and Development. Started career with IIT Delhi and working in BPOs, Hospital Industry, Construction projects/ Theme parks Industry, establishing Training units, strategizing and achieving organizational goals, cost effective approach and successfully implementing organizational initiatives. We are expanding our team to include public administration and public health experts specialised in health analytics, public health management and public health financing.
