Most of the farmers and consumers today are aware about benefits of organic farming and organic food products, but there is lack of business models to connect efficiently consumers and producers. Ayushmanbhava Agro ventures Pvt Ltd attempts for one such model in its social enterprise. Here we innovate various food products that suffice nutritional requirements of consumers and amply utilize raw material of organic farmers. We are improving supply chain services and also maximizing distribution channel services efficiency. We are improving distribution channel by adopting franchise model to suit the location which involves self employment of youth with an access to improved micro entrepreneurship incubation services within our company. We further provide farm level service improvement by facilitating farmers to be certified organic growers and adapting improved farm practices in organic farming. Innovative Products 1. Millet based ready to cook mixtures for preparing like Idli , Dosa, Upma, Paddu, Phuliogavare. We are innovating different products which provide balanced nutrition and also get certified such innovated products in time to come. 2. Ragi and sorghum based ready to cook mixtures like Sorgum Dosa, Sorghum Kichadi, Raagi Health Drink. 3. Apiculture: Developed ready to use products such as Ginger Honey, Tulasi Honey, Garlic Honey, Cinnamon Honey, Ashwagandha Honey, Moringa Honey and Tumeric Honey. We keep honey as base material and blend it with herbal essential oils. Innovative Services: Improving franchise model to include unemployed youth under self employment. Innovative Process: Improved business process to complete value chain from organic farmers to consumers.
