Azooka is a Specialty Fluorescent dye company, a unique start-up with a new class of Safe Nucleic Acid Stains and Fluorescent Stains for Genomics Research and Molecular Diagnostics. Our first product to market tinto rang is a safe DNA stain that replaces Ethidium Bromide and SYBR Dyes. These carcinogenic DNA stains are widely used in Genomics Research Labs, Seed and silk industries, and molecular diagnostic labs.Azooka’s products and platform portfolio includes a patent pending small molecule fluorophore library of aromatic compounds that bind to DNA, RNA, Chromosomes, Proteins, Live Cells and Organelles. The Safe Fluorophore Series are designed on safety, speed and sensitivity. They belong to a new class of molecules that replace the age old coumarin, Cyanine and thiazole based dyes and derivatives, used in visualizing and imaging biological building blocks. Azooka’s fluorophores are spread across the light spectrum from Visible wavelength to Near-InfraRed wavelengths with universal device compatibility for Life Sciences Research and Diagnostic Devices. They work well with existing filters and configuration settings.
