The LLP is being established with a vision to create sustainable and innovative development opportunities in the fields of agri-tech, eco-tourism, wellness, smart township development, and rural infrastructure in Beawar District and nearby regions of Rajasthan. The LLP aims to develop a modern and scalable business model by integrating agriculture, tourism, nature, technology, and community living to generate employment, promote rural development, and create long-term economic value. The proposed activities include organic farming, plantation development, greenhouse farming, horticulture, water-efficient agricultural practices, and value-added agri-based operations using sustainable and environmentally responsible methods. The LLP also proposes to develop eco-tourism and agri-tourism projects such as farm stays, wellness retreats, recreational spaces, and nature-based tourism facilities that encourage sustainable tourism, environmental conservation, and local livelihood generation. In addition, the LLP intends to work on smart and sustainable township concepts with eco-friendly planning, wellness and recreational infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and community-focused development suitable for semi-urban and rural regions. The LLP further plans to establish sports clubs, wellness centers, recreational facilities, and community engagement spaces promoting healthy living, fitness, tourism, and social interaction. The LLP intends to adopt technology-enabled solutions and sustainable development practices across its agriculture, tourism, infrastructure, and property-related activities, with strong potential for scalability, employment generation, rural entrepreneurship, and regional economic development in alignment with the vision and objectives of Startup India and DPIIT recognition.
