Entity is focused on creating Software that helps automating/ Solving hectic tasks using New Upcoming Technologies. Firstly, we are creating an Automated Rent Collection + Portfolio Management + Issues solver/ feedback collector App using React Native technology. Majorly our aim is to remove owner’s headache to manage their PG manually through regular visits. They can also manage it through our app in an easier way and it require their less engagement. As only an app cannot provide the whole management functionality, but we create an organized environment by verifying tenants’ identity through Aadhar/Pan Card and digital stamping and in case of any misconduct/misuse a security amount also needs to be deposited by the tenant and other formalities can be digitally maintained in the app. Additionally, Rent Collection can be Automated/ Maintained in the app and continuous reminders through the app automatically sent to tenant in a convenient way. It creates a less hectic or more organized way of rent collection for the owner. Issue Raised in PG are directly sent to the concerned staff through message so that they can do their work without owners’ intervention, but owner can check images of issue raised and question the tenant in case of misuse. Getting Legit tenant feedback makes it best for owner to analyse the PG condition.
