Offline shopping is very tiresome job in India – crowded markets, less varieties in individual retail stores, unawareness about all nearby offers/discounts are the reasons for same. Bazaar on Cloud is here to cater solutions to all of the above problems. With BOC you can virtually checkout stock in nearby stores. Before even stepping out for you can compare stock, prices, discounts, vendor ratings, new arrivals etc. in different stores in your selected location and then select the stores to visit – It will save your time and money. BOC is your ‘Offline Shopping Assistant’. BOC is not a typical hyperlocal business model – there are neither home deliveries nor online payments. We believe, ‘offline-online integration’ and ‘experience based shopping’ are the future of retail in India. These futuristic models have already started taking shape in countries like US and China. Updating and maintaining stock on real time basis by individual retailers is a very difficult thing to achieve. All the above processes will be made simple for each retailer with some clicks if ‘BOC model’ is implemented. BOC model will directly fetch data of stock items from manufacturer’s/wholesaler's database. Individual retailers can update stock items with a single click once model is implemented.
