1. Import Substitution - We have developed a range of products from ground-up in India for high pressure hydraulic applications up to 700kgf/cm2. The products for such applications are manufactured only by a couple of global companies and imported into India. These products are now available for Indian customers at 1/3rd price of equivalent imported range bringing a sea change in accessibility of high technology and innovation to industry. Application areas include Hydraulic Jacks, Tensioners, Torque Wrench, Test Stations etc. 2. Energy Efficiency - A path breaking product for CNC turning centre was launched during the machine tool show IMTEX 2017 at Bangalore and won the prestigious FIE Foundation award. The concept uses a 100W (0.13hp) electric motor replacing a 1.1kW (1.5hp) electric motor and 50litre hydraulic oil tank with 4litre tank. The product is in advanced stage of trials with majority of OEM’s and we see tremendous opportunity for scalability with over 10,000 machines manufactured in India using many imported components. Additional reduction in power and oil will benefit machine user and has the potential to change decision making process of buyer. 3. Innovative Designs - We are the only company across the globe who have developed a hydraulic directional spool valve for pressure up to 700kgf/cm2. Traditionally, these are limited to 315kgf/cm2, but through our in-house R&D we have developed this valve with no O-rings and unique sleeve-spool design for high pressure applications. The product has potential to be marketed across the globe and earn forex revenue.
