Brass Ball valves Brand name :- BFC Metal used:- Brass, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and PTFE. Product Application: Brass Ball Valves are some of the most common types utilized in Plumbing, Water Well and HVAC. They are easy to work with and install and suit many applications where corrosion resistance is not a big issue. One of the biggest benefits that Brass Ball Valves have going for them is that they are easy to work with and install. By easy to work with, means that brass as a material is softer than others (like stainless steel). This makes sealing them easier. Also due to the popularity of Brass Valves, the products that are used for sealing them are very readily available. When sealing other types of metals, you often need a specific pipe tape and or thread sealant. Brass Ball Valves can be used in a wide range of applications. Most of the time, brass is a great option. When it comes to potable water applications, No Lead Brass is a great option unless that water has corrosive properties to it, like high salt content. Brass Ball Valves are used in Residential and Commercial Plumbing, Water Well, HVAC and many other applications. Further we have below marketing plan for expansion of business. 1) Export market We intend to have great sales in Asian and tropical countries across the globe where corrosion is the major impact on the products. In our sister company we at present have export sales which will help us to achieve great sales target across the globe. Ball valve market in expected to increase by 25% in coming 5 years which will help us achieve great milestone and will be cornerstone for the company. 2) Tendering to Government and PSU units. As our major product group Ball valve is majorly used in controlling fluids including water, Gas, Stem etc. We intend to tender and government and PSU units for our sales. Pipe gas availability is increasing day by day in India with support of Indian Government use of Ball valves is mandatory while using pipe gas in household and industrial use. The government of India is actively working for use of Electric and Gas fuel vehicles to reduce use of Crude based fuel, which will eventually need use of our major product line. Almost all large cap industries employee Ball valves in the manufacturing unit including energy, healthcare, gas, fuel, water based companies. 3) Sister company experience Our sister company i.e Kanaiya Brass Industries and Star Brass Industries are having more than 25 years of experience in Brass items and with exposure to sanitary fittings which will help us pitching renowned customers PAN India.
