Bharath Greenx Industries LLP is a manufacturer of composite materials located in Hyderabad. FRP (Fibre Composite Reinforced Polymer) products with customized and engineered designs are made for applications like, infrastructure, industry, aerospace and architecture. We offer Digital pattern making as one of the unique features in which the CAD drawing directly gives the pattern by Large Format Additive Manufacturing without pattern making for a complete FRP component. This way the production time of the complete FRP manufacturing is reduced by 75% in comparison to traditional method of pattern making. This way even for one single part the cost of production can be made affordable without having large volumes which the existing pattern making cannot serve and it also helps us in offering a wider range of products. A wide range of products can be divided into 3 categories. The first category includes customer customized carbon fiber and composite components using such tooling approach. The second category of engineered material systems involves formulating fire-retardant composites which are perfect for situations where a high level of flame protection is required. Also, there are pultruded profiles which provide a high degree of electrical resistance and corrosion protection especially for applications related to electricity and industrial plants. The same digital-tooling capability extends to rotational moulding, where the mould is the primary cost and lead-time constraint. The LLP produces customer-specified rotomolded components The third category, architectural & infrastructure, includes FRP cladding, sandwich and façade panels, FRP manholes for water and sanitation infrastructure, and moulded jacuzzi-type pool structures. The company is aiming to backward integrate to composite intermediates by first setting up a nonwoven manufacturing unit and in the long term, to prepreg production which will gradually reduce their dependency to some extent on imported interm
