Bidzo Technologies LLP is a B2B SaaS platform purpose-built for Indian MSMEs participating in government and enterprise procurement, with a focus on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPPP, and state e-procurement portals. Bidzo combines three integrated layers: an Intelligence layer that ingests public tender data and applies AI-driven matching against each customer's product catalogue and eligibility profile; an Execution layer that automates document drafting, compliance checks, deadline tracking, and bid submission workflows integrated with the customer's ERP, CRM, and accounting systems; and an Operations layer providing unified business systems including ERPNext, Shopify storefronts, WhatsApp automation, and AI agents for routine tasks. Innovation lies in vertical depth (end-to-end procurement execution, not just listings), AI agents purpose-trained on Indian public procurement context including GeM ATC/GTC clauses, MSE Procurement Policy 2012, and GFR 2017 Rule 149, and an India-first data architecture with row-level multi-tenant isolation, Indian data residency, and DPDP Act 2023 compliance built in from day one. The business model is scalable across MSME subscription SaaS, success-fee revenue tied to client tender wins, and services revenue from custom integrations. Economic impact compounds at three levels: enabling MSMEs to win government contracts (advancing Atmanirbhar Bharat and broadening the public procurement supplier base), creating tier-2 city employment in engineering and customer success roles, and generating downstream employment in customer operations. Bidzo's 5-year vision is to become the operating system for Indian B2B procurement.
