The ProblemThe instant noodle market is dominated by "Flash-Fried" products containing 18-20% saturated fat (Palm Oil) and negligible fiber. Current manufacturing methods rely on deep-frying for dehydration, creating unhealthy, short-shelf-life products loaded with synthetic preservatives.2. Our Solution (The Innovation)We have engineered a Zero-Oil Manufacturing Process using proprietary SCAD (Steaming, Convection, Air Dehydration) Technology.Process: Instead of frying, we use high-velocity hot air to dehydrate noodles. This results in 0% added oil, eliminates trans-fats, and saves 1,600 Liters of Palm Oil per shift (at our 8-Ton capacity).Product: We process 100% native grains (Ragi, Jowar, Bajra) into elastic noodles with 9.2g fiber/100g (4x more than wheat).Ancillary: Our seasonings use Low-Temperature Grinding (50% female workforce.Farmers: Our "Farm-to-Fork" model integrates 500+ local farmers to supply 5-6 tons of raw millet daily, eliminating middlemen.
