The skill development and employment of right person in right job/career are the key issues for solving employment problem in the country. Today 80% of graduate human resources in India are not ready to deploy in the industry due to lack of practical exposure and non-awareness of different employment opportunities in the industry. The industry is also not getting appropriate human resource to meet their requirements and in the same time the job seekers are either not aware of these opportunities or not having required skill sets. BIMSCON Solution Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative idea to bridge the gap between job seekers and industry/corporate to deploy right person in right job. We build pool of skilled human resource, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and establish a network of companies/professional bodies to deploy the skilled human resources in the appropriate job opportunities. The job seekers are provided all skill development programmes without any cost through experienced professionals. The consultancy firm also provide opportunity to young generation to work either as a part time consultant or fulltime employee in the IT industry. The Work from Home (WFH) environment also gives unique opportunity to part time workers specially women job seekers to work as per their convenience. BIMSCON is working on innovating employment idea with the concept of “Cloud Jobs” which will offer the job opportunity to young professionals to work from their native place using cloud computation platform.
