BINDAL GLOBAL TEXTILE PRIVATE LIMITED having CIN U13121HR2025PTC131248 incorporated on 25 April 2025 as a New Start Up in India is a Sustainability driven textile startup focused on manufacturing of recycled yarn from Cotton, cotton waste, Fabric waste, Blended Waste and different kinds of textile waste. Based in Panipat, Haryana, India. Panipat is a textile hub and our company will leverage innovative waste processing and yarn manufacturing technology to convert different kinds of textile waste into high-quality, Eco-friendly yarn which will further be used in Hand-loom items and products like bathmats , Door Mats, Towel etc. for Export to Different Countries. Our startup will generate Employment for near about 100 persons as well as it will be focused on Preparing Export Oriented Products for Good Revenue Generation and Increase Export Sales for Development. Problem Being Solved: India produces significant amounts of textile waste daily, much of which ends up in landfills or is Incinerated. Traditional yarn production is resource-heavy, involving excessive water, chemicals, and energy Our Startup will work regularly and continuously for the solutions which will provide a clean, efficient alternative. Innovation & Solution: • Recycles post-consumer and post-industrial cotton waste into usable yarn • Produces colour yarn without dyeing through colour sorting • Promotes a circular economy and reduces textile landfill burden • Scalable, modular recycling units suitable for semi-urban/rural deployment • Technology-driven sorting and quality processes Conclusion: BINDAL GLOBAL TEXTILE PRIVATE LIMITED focused on "Turning waste into gold" and Promoting Make In India programme initiated by Government Of India is committed to sustainable manufacturing, waste reduction, Employment Generation and green innovation.
