It's mission is to create profitable and sustainable solutions from waste to resources particularly focussed on organic fertiliser, alternate fuels and smart city solutions for waste management. It has 2 promoters. Subbaiah T.S. and Joseph Fernandes. The company has invested in developed a product based solution as it believes that a product intervention is required to scale and be sustainable. The two promoters bring complementary leadership skills that are essential to success. Subbbaiah is an architect (MSRIT) and Product Designer (IISc) who has strong operational involvement and experience in community intervention and solution involving entire societies. Joseph Fernandes is an Engineer (IIT-KGP) and an MBA (IIM-C)who has deep experience with solving complex technical problems and defining scale-able business models. Both Promoters have degrees from eminent institutions and deep experience in their areas of expertise.
