To establish, run, promote, collaborate and make the investment in educational institutions and research institutions for imparting basic science, biotechnology, computational biology, bioinformatics, pharmacy, medical and healthcare education and management training in these fields. Further, to get recognition under start-up India/ Odisha initiative and gather funds from different apex bodies of the government of India/Odisha universities (Indian/foreign) subject to their terms and conditions of funding.
