The company namely BIOTEXAS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED has been incorporated on 27th December 2019 in Gujarat with the object of carrying out manufacturing of food and herbal extracts such as Fenugreek, Licorice, Turmeric etc. The process proposed to be undertaken by the company is to acquire raw-material which is mainly agri-commodity and herbal seeds such as lemon, orange, turmeric, methi, mulethi, ginger and to derive food extract from such commodity which is mainly curcumin, ginger extract, aloevera extract etc. The final product, that is food & vegetable extracts are highly nutritional which is either become raw-material for pharmaceuticals and herbal industry or directly sold for human consumption by way of nutrition supplement. The company has acquired the land admeasuring 2192 square meters and constructed state of the art infrastructure. The company proposing to install domestic and imported latest machineries with latest technology updated FSSI Lab. The company expects to become 100% Export Oriented Undertaking in two years.
