The Wedding Venue will offer luxurious green spaces that are a unique blend of both, traditional and modern architecture, for wedding ceremonies and related events. It will be managed and run solely by Birchfield Projects, working towards ensuring our customers have a memorable experience at our venue. The venue will primarily be positioned as a wedding venue with the option of utilisation for other events like corporate training, weekend getaways, special occasions, etc. Highlighting the unique features of the venue like its greenery, the luxe villas, and its closeness (comparatively) to the city centre will help drive the 'wedding' segment to the venue. Our company proposes to provide a venue with unique features that would be ideal for weddings and related events like receptions, cocktails, sangeet etc. The proposed venue will be located in JP Nagar 9th phase, a key location connecting Kanakpura road and Bannergatta road. The proposed venue will account for features like 'mantap' area (capacity to accommodate 750 pax floating), a Reception cum multipurpose hall, breakaway areas, villas (2) and parking (100 cars). Weddings and other events, Short stay lodging, Restaurant, café etc. (it would be best if you can suggest). This is what the other venues have given – Hotels, camping sites and other provision of short-stay accommodation. Restaurant facilities operated in connection with the provision of lodging remain classified in this group. Also included are the operation of sleeping cars when carried on by separate units. Our venue will be marketed via online and offline channels and will promise to offer a unique experience to customers.
