Vento is a tech urban logistics start-up based in Bangalore. The start-up has received angel investment from Acciona Finance LLC; an American fund having portfolio of companies, including Trivento Logistics Corp, Top Floor Marketing, and Flexi Autos. Acciona is being managed by Mario Salvo family, who once controlled Eskimo; the biggest dairy products brand in Nicaragua. In 2014, Eskimo got acquired by LALA Grupo. Leveraging their experience from Eskimo’s supply chain logistics, Mario Salvo family ventured into logistics with Trivento. Today, Trivento controls end-to-end logistics with its three subsidiaries in Central America: Star logistics, NCargo, and Rabbit Parcel.
