It’s a peer–to–peermultisided marketplace platform that creates value by enabling interactions between two or more customer groups. Our focus is to provide home services such as a plumber, electrician, etc. to our customers. Our platform also allows acting like a social media with a chat option, we call this feature a professional networking app. Social media discuss "Who are you?", but we can conclude our project in a single tag line "What are you?” This means what is your profession or what are you capable of. Our approach to our customer & service provider is through business directory & mobile app. Our staffs will visit each & every household to collect details of service providers & helps them signing up. The benefit of doing this means we can offer a high-touch, high-tech digital service that allows our service providers to complete their journeys in an efficient, convenient, engaging, and cost-effective way. A business directory can carry print ads of local businesses & it delivers every home in a locality, so this will generate revenue enough to run the mobile app. Print ads in newspapers are too expensive however they can't guarantee maximum readership & shelf life. As an advantage, our business directory is on a monthly subscription basis & hence the ads have a shelf life of up to 30 days. Ads (In-app advertising) will be published in our service marketplace app too. These ads will be displayed on our app’s chat platform. Ads will be placed accurately based on the services which a customer looking for. Thus, we can help our advertisers with a total package of online + offline coupled ads. This benefits them with more reachability & helps them gain for customers. Ads in our app will be displayed as banners with a link to their website or the profile page of our app.
