The Blackbuk EV is planning to develop the electric Bus for City / Staff / school buses. Considering the future zero pollution mobility.Bus body construction and battery modules components are fully localised in India to reduce vehicle price and to meet customer service demands and also developing the own designed battery modules with high efficient thermal cooling system suitable for Indian whether conditions. The Standard 10 to 12 metre diesel powered transit bus is noisy , consumes a one litre of fuel for every 3 to 4 kilometres it travels, weights 16 tons , and it contributes significantly to urban air pollution. While electric bus do exist using the similar bus body construction, but they are very expensive and required more than 1kwh battery required per 1 km. If we make the basic bus platform lighter, we can then reduce the size and mass of other bus components, including the suspension, wheels, brakes, and propulsion system. This not only reduces the initial and maintenance costs of the bus, but also creates room for more passengers. The ultra light weight enables the higher efficiency to run 1 kilometre required 0.5kwh battery only. Key Heighlights of our product: 1. The Blackbuk EV strategy is to develop more than 50% of lighter than typical bus. the completely new design, the Ultra-light weight Body using High strength Aluminum materials and Composite panels is to reduce the weight of the vehicle around 50% of typical bus weight. 2. The Blackbuk EV Bus designed from scratch, suitable for Electric bus platform which the bus chassis designed to secure natural driving position and roomy passenger seatings and the same time, installing sufficient amount of batteries and electrical components securely and safely. 3.The bus built with most corrosion resistance materials like Aluminium and Stainless steel. It improves product life up to 15 years without any major services or issues. 4. Added the Aluminum crumble zone at front to absorb the crash energy. This mean the bus absorb of the front crash, not the driver or passengers. 5.The bus body construction parts are mostly standardized which reduce the cost, to get benefits from mass production of each part. India aims to meet 30 percent of its transportation needs with electric vehicles by 2030. The goal is attracting a lot of effort from the government and the EV industry alike. As the country makes this transaction from conventional fossil fuel vehicles to greener ones, another positive has come into focus. The associated jobs with the growth of a new industry. India has created a blueprint for a specialized workforce which will be needed once India sees an increased adoption of electric vehicles. The expected number has been tallied to around 10 million new jobs. The creation of new jobs is also being propelled by the Automotive Mission Plan 2026. The aim of the plan is to have India’s automotive Industry among the top three in the world, in engineering, manufacturing as well as exports of vehicles & components. The target is to grow it to over 12% of India’s GDP, creating a total of 65 million new jobs in the process. As per the estimations, The Blackbuk EV is also planning to reach the production capacity of upto 1000 buses per year until 2025. This will generate huge employment for many peoples directly and indirectly and there by creation of wealth.
