Blessin Care Essentials Private Limited is a women-centric hygiene startup focused on bridging the gap in access to quality sanitary products across rural India. Our mission is to serve the underserved — the 50% of Indian women who still rely on cloth during menstruation due to hesitation, lack of awareness, and affordability issues. We operate as a premium yet affordable sanitary napkin brand, currently distributing through an innovative supply chain powered by ASHA workers, NGOs, and local women entrepreneurs. This model not only builds trust in last-mile communities but also generates dignified income for health workers and rural women. Our brand “ForHer” offers premium sanitary napkins made using advanced wood pulp and SAP combinations, ensuring comfort, absorption, and safety — all while keeping prices low through bulk production and lean operations. While major hygiene brands focus on urban India, we cater to the other half — the rural and semi-urban regions that remain largely untapped. We’ve sold 30,000+ packs in our first 4 months of operations and aim to scale this across multiple districts with the support of grassroots distribution networks, institutional partnerships, and government tenders. Our startup is not just selling products — it’s building awareness, restoring dignity, and driving impact through access, education, and empowerment.
