1. To establish, operate, maintain, and manage assisted reproductive technology clinics, in-vitro fertilization (IVF) centers, fertility research and diagnostic laboratories, semen and oocyte banks, cryopreservation facilities, and related reproductive healthcare institutions in India and abroad for providing medical, clinical, and laboratory services for infertility and reproductive health. 2. To provide consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for infertility, including in-vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo transfer, surrogacy, gamete donation, egg and sperm freezing, reproductive endocrinology, and all other related ART procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 3. To conduct, promote, and support research, innovation, and development in the fields of reproductive medicine, embryology, genetics, endocrinology, reproductive biology, and human fertility management, including collaboration with research institutions, hospitals, universities, and other organizations. 4. To manufacture, purchase, import, export, and supply laboratory instruments, reagents, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumables required for IVF, ART, diagnostics, and other medical treatments, and to act as dealers, distributors, or agents for the same. 5. To establish and run training institutions and educational centers for imparting knowledge in reproductive medicine, embryology, gynecology, nursing, and laboratory technology, and to conduct seminars, conferences, and continuing medical education programs related to assisted reproduction and fertility care. 6. To undertake health awareness programs and provide counseling, preventive care, and community outreach initiatives for family planning, women’s health, and reproductive wellness.
