We are working on a Mine Intelligence and automation which enables the entire mines to be automated, with help of Android Devices in each Dumper, Excavator and use of IoT in devices to connect them with the centralized server for real time monitoring. The innovation is in the use of machine learning engine which instructs each machine, in order to optimize the overall efficiency, reducing costs and improving efficiency. The entire mining area is surveyed and mapped through Drones with 3D maps, on which the real time tracking happens. Other then these, the product also manages the contracts, the safety regulations and Government Regulations. The entire process is custom developed for each mine, and the service as a whole is provided as Subscription model (SaaS), so as to keep the costs in check and the service as a whole is deployed on cloud.
