To carry on the business of Refurbishing for re-use, recycling in a scientific manner and tackling hazardous materials in connection with e-waste, whether within or outside India; To Establish collection centers/points this may include setting up of Collection Centre Mechanism, To Ensure traceability of the e-waste collected and channelized & disposal of processed waste & end of life plastic associated with e-waste, To Ensure Environmentally sound dismantling and recycling of E-waste, Conducting awareness programme and providing consultancy among consumer's/bulk consumers/producers for collection and channelization of e- waste and to Help Producers in filing of quarterly/annual returns as per rules. To Implement buy back arrangements and PAN India Reverse Logistics arrangements To carry on the business of collection, segregation, transportation, channelization, processing, recycling, trading, treatment and disposal of all types of electronic waste (e waste), hazardous waste etc To undertake use, up-scaling/judicious usage and/or distribution of all products and by-products that are generated in the process of treatment or disposal of e-waste and e-waste products (such as energy and refuse derived fuel generated form waste to energy processes, electronic products suitable for re-use with or without re-furbishing paper, metals and other materials including chemicals obtained from treatment of wastes) and to develop, construct, operate and/or maintain/manage processing facilities for all types of e-waste and e-waste products including incinerators, refuse derived field plants, electronic waste processing plants and to also undertake development, purchase, up-scaling/judicious usage and/or channelization of waste collection, treatment or processing projects (including carbon emission receipts (CERS)) and any other related activities. To construct, execute, carry out, equip, support maintain, operate, improve, work, develop, administer, manage, control and superintend within or outside the country anywhere in the world all kinds of works, public or otherwise, recycling or waste management of all kinds, which expression in this memorandum. To undertake or promote scientific research relating to the main business or class of business of the Company.
