Bluemorph Brands is incorporated with the intent to develop and market class leading consumer products. We have multiple trademarks for each brand that will be available across categories. Our initial foray is in wearable electronics which is a high growth segment in last 3 years averaging YoY growth of more than 100%. We are coming up in ecommerce as well as in retail distribution in phase 2, with our class leading high quality products for India consumers. Our radio enabled products are BIS certified along with all other compliances. Over the course of next 3 year we plan to launch multiple BT enabled products which will create an ecosystem for health tracking, productivity and social connect with the common software application layer on top of it. Software app will be fully indigenous from the get go while the hardware will be imported in the begining and will gradually move to SKD in 3 years followed by CKD in 5+ years.
