Bodhisattva Construction Private Limited (An ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company) Our company is inspired by “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna” An initiative of Prime minister Shree Narndra Modi. We started this company to provide easy construction of home for working class. We provide Design & Build concept of home to all classes of society. We provide all the construction facility under one roof. We work on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) model. Innovation & Improvement in industry: We use “Digital Construction Management” for improved quality of construction. Digital Construction includes: * Use of drones for surveying for accurate data * Use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for improved construction * Use of different analysis software for safe Construction (like ETABS, STAD.Pro, SAFE) * Use of modern methodology of construction for improved construction. * Training programs for engineer and supervisor for better onsite performance. Infrastructure Development and Scalability: India is developing country and there is huge scope in construction. *Being a highly populated country, India requires large amount of hose and infrastructure construction. * Construction industry is only industry which requires lager number of unskilled, semi-skilled and highly skilled labors and technicians. Employment Generation: Our company is providing employment to Architects, Structure engineers, engineers, supervisors and we are planning an onsite taring program for college students to make them employable in the industry. * Our company is providing large number of employments to skilled and semi- skilled technicians like electrician, plumbers, fitters, etc. * We are also providing contract based employment to unorganized sector of sub-contractors, semi-skilled and skilled labors. * In future we are also planning to place young generation engineering and architecture passed out students in our company.
