BODY ARMOR INC. was incorporated with a vision and after years of research on ground level. Kashmir valley was absolutely depending on manufacturers outside the valley and this segment has been neglected at front. The denim garment industry has high potential of employment and to enhance standard of living, To compete in the domestic market, creating and sustaining a strong brand image is necessary. We as an apparel makers attempt to create a brand recognition for our product in the global market as well, and supplies to domestic markets, merchandizing and retail chains according to the demand. Body Armor is the one and only premium quality clothing brand from Kashmir which was a necessity and there was none who could have served such a huge market, as all the purchases done by local retailers were carried out outside the Kashmir Valley which has enormous problems along with it like 1. To run a business in smooth way a proprietor has to Follow JIT Rule (just in Time) Which is not possible in Kashmir as a retailer or a whole seller has to go outside the valley to purchase supply which eventually takes nearly a month (winter) to reach at destination, 2. Inadequate supply of goods with no latest fashion trends is hard to meet, 3. A local retailer or a whole seller has to purchase goods outside the valley which comes with no Services, 4. A proprietor has to invest good amount of money for its products 5. Pirated and copied products having minimum quality and no authentic brand 6. Hike in Price (No MSP) 7. Low return on investment and time consuming 8. Unsatisfactory Customers and business loss Branded apparels not only add a stylish image to the apparel but it also gives something extra to the consumers.It enables them to create perceptions about the value of the apparel and the brand itself. The value of the brand or the 'brand equity' is the difference of cash the customer pays for a non-branded garment. So, Body Armor while keeping the local market in mainstream of it's strategies makes the quality clothing brand with same price as the non-branded apparel. The customer can buy a similar apparel somewhere else without the label of the brand. But, a branded apparel with a label on it gives a status symbol to the customer thus satisfying his ego. That's why we call it a “Brand Of The Locals!” The Brand has a reputation, the image it carries helps in promoting the product among status savoy consumers. There is no business like fashion and the starting point of our journey revolves around the definition of necessity which creates demand. We look at it from a business perspective. Fashion is a direct result of both fashion and industrial process. Body Armor is adopting latest technologies which are used in denim garments making process and we have skilled and professional team who has better knowledge of fabric. The Company is launching it's Clothing's With the registered Brand Name "Body Armor". We are providing franchises to local already established entities and to new ventures at very nominal cost for which the company is providing goods and services, which will eventually enhance business and employment. The company is thriving hard to meet customers needs and satisfy their demands which will even bypass pirated and copied denim garments with no authenticity or label.
