The platform is evolving from a traditional Learning Management System (LMS) into a Social Learning Platform (SLP). While the LMS provides structured content, assessments, and progress tracking, it has limitations when students learn in isolation. To improve engagement and outcomes, the platform is designed to integrate social interaction, mentorship, competition, and community-based learning. The SLP introduces features such as community discussions, peer collaboration, AI-powered personalized support, social accountability, and skill validation. This shift is a planned progression, where the LMS offers structure and the SLP builds long-term engagement, learning habits, and user retention. Developing the SLP requires significant investment in advanced technology, AI systems, community management, real-time interaction tools, and growth teams. Funds are used to strengthen infrastructure, scale community operations, expand user networks, and convert passive learners into active participants. The long-term vision is to create a continuous, social, and outcome-driven learning network where students learn together, collaborate across regions, build visible learning profiles, and develop real-world skills, moving beyond content delivery to capability building.
