The demand for various services is directly linked to the population size. If processes an average of 100 service requests per day, and there are, for example, 1,00,000 CSCs across India, the potential daily service requests would be 10 million. For a month, this would result in approximately 300 million service requests. In such a situation we have an innovative project with two Applications one is the Service Point Application and the other is the Customer Application each can interact with each other for the service delivery. Customer can request a service though customer application and The service point can Identify the Request and provide better service in time even without visit the service point.
